Sometimes as a Merchant you are unable to solve the problem of a customer. As a Merchant you can throw up your hands or you can ‘call in the cavalry’. The cavalry is Amazon Customer Service. Amazon Customer Service can address a whole cadre of questions that you as a Merchant can not. There is two ways to direct customers to Customer Service.
