Amazon.com now has a Seller Support Blog to help sellers on Amazon. According to the mission statement:
Our mission is to pass on helpful information to make our Sellers even more successful on Amazon. Our blog posts are authored by our most experienced Seller Support staff. We also hope to have special Guest Bloggers share their wisdom with you as well!
With this in mind, there is currently two entries written by Amazon staffers touting the advantages of FBA (Fullfillment By Amazon) and nothing else.
I’ll be curious to see if they decide to tackle such topics as their unfair feedback system or what they are doing about Gray Market Merchants who are undercutting the efforts of Merchants who carry real products from real sales channels.
We shall see.

Maybe they will address how the merging of products from different vendors in the apparel category has made the buying process even more confusing for customers. Not only have we had numerous customers leave us bad feedback because we only shipped 1 of 2 items (they ordered one from us and one from another merchant) but I have to email them daily about incorrect product descriptions, prices, and merging problems.
